Our Prepregs are produced using HOT MELT technology, which avoids the use of solvents and the environmental impact they entail.
The hot-melt epoxy resins with which Fibertechgroup carries out the impregnation are studied in its R&D laboratory “FiberLab” and industrially processed in its chemical mixing department. The basic chemical materials come from the best chemical multinationals from all over the world.
The production of the resins takes place in reactors/melters with a capacity ranging from 50 kg to 200 kg. The chemistry department also has modern agitators and refineries for heterogeneous mixtures with high viscosity
